John Lowe
| Mr. Lowe has over 20 years' experience in private and public companies. His background includes marketing and sales, technology market analysis and development, business analysis, business development, strategic planning and financial management. He founded The Advisory Group, Alberta's largest independent market research firm, and led its technology practice. As Vice President of Telus Marketing Services (TMS), after Telus acquired the Advisory Group in 1997, he was responsible for TMS's Market Research Division.

Mr. Chen is a current and past director and officer of a number of private and public companies.

| Mr. Garrett has more than 20 years of wireless system development and management experience. He most recently held the position of President & CEO, Global Thermoelectric, culminating in Global's sale to a NASDAQ listed company. Previously, he was VP, Wireless Access Development, Nortel Networks, where he managed a group of 1,200 people working in four development labs around the world.
| Randy Goebel
| Dr. Goebel is currently President and CEO of iCORE (Alberta Informatics Circle of Research Excellence) and professor of Computing Science at the University of Alberta. His research into intelligent systems spans the past 33 years. Dr. Goebel has held appointments at the University of Waterloo, University of Tokyo, Multimedia University (Malaysia), and has had research collaborations with DFKI (German Research Centre for AI), NICTA (National ICT Australia), RWC (Real World Computing project, Japan), ICOT (Institute for New Generation Computing, Japan), NII (National Informatics Institute, Tokyo), and is actively involved in academic and industrial collaborative research projects in Canada, Australia, Europe, China and Malaysia.

| Mr. Marinucci is a telecom industry leader. Prior to his current role at Xplornet, he was Vice President, Western Canada at Allstream, responsible for sales and marketing of business services. Prior to his role at Allstream, Mr. Marinucci was Vice President, Sales and Distribution at TELUS Mobility, where he led a successful expansion into Eastern Canada and achieved a dominant market share in the business market segment.
