Founded in 1996 in Brussels, Kapitol-Infobel "Infobel" is one of the first companies in Europe to have published a telephone directory on CD-Rom and the first in the world to have created an Internet White Pages. Infobel manages, develops and distributes a data base of some 130 million European telephone subscribers. Infobel also offers services of webvertising and direct marketing. Infobel is active in Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Spain, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.
