Multiplied Media Corporation announces stock option grant

    CALGARY, Feb. 2 /CNW/ - Multiplied Media Corporation (TSX:V MMC), an
award-winning, Calgary-based provider of local search services, is pleased to
announce the Company has granted 1,875,000 Stock Options to a number of key
personnel.
    The Options have been granted to employees and one non-executive officer,
pursuant to the Stock Option Plan dated June 3, 2008, at an exercise price of
$0.10 with an expiry of five years.
    The Company also announces that Clare McMullen, Vice President
Operations, is no longer with the company. "Clare contributed a great deal to
the organization throughout the past three years of our growth," said Andrew
Osis, CEO of Multiplied. "We wish him all the best in his next endeavour."
