Multiplied Media announces new Board of Directors

    Carl DeMarco, Former President of World Wrestling Entertainment Inc. adds
global marketing strength

    CALGARY, Dec. 2 /CNW/ - Multiplied Media Corporation (the "Company" or
"Multiplied") (TSX:V MMC), a Calgary-based provider of mobile local search
services, is pleased to announce that Carl DeMarco has been newly elected to
the Company's Board of Directors at the Company's Annual and Special Meeting
held on December 1, 2009.
    Mr. DeMarco, as former President, global business development for World
Wrestling Entertainment Inc. (WWE), played an instrumental role in WWE's
evolution in Canada and internationally. Live events, TV programming,
merchandising, licensing, sponsorship sales, new media, pay-per-view and
unprecedented philanthropy round out his many successful business activities.

the role of President to his portfolio. Additional appointments include
Lawrence Lee as Chief Financial Officer, Brad Murray as Vice President,
Technology, Margaret Glover-Campbell as Vice President, Marketing & Public
Relations and Bart McCormick as Vice President, Business Development. Murray
and Glover-Campbell have both been with the Company since November of 2006.
John Lowe has stepped down from his role of President and Director to pursue
other entrepreneurial interests, however he will continue to serve in an
advisory capacity, providing insight and advice to the Company.
