Maintaining a restaurant application involving a cross-functional team of client, independent, and third-party developers.

The plan consists of developing different requirements to implement new functionalities or modify current functionalities to adapt them to the needs of the clients.
To achieve this, two developers were assigned, one in the FrontEnd part and another for the BackEnd.

The team develops the requirements that are defined in the biweekly planning that is done with the client. In general, these are new functionalities that you want to implement within the software and that entail both changes in the FrontEnd and in the BackEnd. Sometimes some bugs that have been identified in production are assigned for the team to solve.

The Multiplied team now has two highly trusted developers who do a great job, and it is expected that the client will trust their work every day so that they can achieve full stack and facilitate the development of the products.
